Irrigation System Spring Openings

  1. We start by turning on the main irrigation valve allowing water to re-enter your system.
  2. A pressure test ensures the main line and blow-out valve(s) are free of leaks.
  3. All electronic valves are inspected to ensure they are in working order.
  1. We make sure all components of your system are operating correctly, including sprinkler heads, micro systems, and drip lines.
  2. We make a note of any issues that arise during our inspection and always clear them with you before making any repairs (unless repair costs fall within the operating budget).
  3. Lastly, we take a final walkthrough with you to make sure you are satisfied with how your system is running.

Irrigation System Summer Review

  1. We begin by checking the irrigation system for leaks and low pressure areas.
  2. An entire review of the site is conducted, noting any issues that may arise from plant growth, or dry areas due to extreme heat.
  3. We make a note of any issues that arise during our inspection and always clear them with you before making any repairs.
  1. We continue with any necessary adjustments and/or repairs to get the sprinklers operating in the most water efficient way.
  2. Finally, any necessary adjustments are made on the watering schedule.

Irrigation System Fall Closing

  1. We begin by turning off the main irrigation valve. This prevents anything from re-entering your house water lines.
  2. Using an air compressor, we push all the residual water out of your system through the irrigation components.
  3. All electronic valves are inspected to ensure they are in working order.
  4. We ensure all valves are in their proper positions (open, at a 45 degree angle, etc.).
  1. Lastly, the irrigation controller is properly shut down.
